Nail Making Process
 

First, Shucking Machine removes surface oxide and rust from raw steel wire.

Second, Pointing Rolling machine is to make the point of the raw wire thinner, then it can enter through the wire drawing dies to draw.

Third, wire drawing machine is used to draw the raw wire to the needed dia for nails. we also make all kinds of pulley wire drawing machine.
