Coil nail welding machine Specification:
This device is the automatic welding equipment with high frequancy and high speed.
Place the iron nail in hopper to lay off automatically,the vibration disc arranges the order of nail to enter into the welding and form
line-order nails.and then soak nail into the paint for rusr prevention automatically,dry and count automatically to roll into roll-shape.
Automaticlly cutoff accoridng to the set number of each roll,the finish products are packaged by operator.

A1:Option:1.we could buy the drawed wire from wire factory and then start nail making by our nail making machine
Option 2:we can buy raw material with diameter 6.5mm/6.0mm/5.5mm and drawed to smaller diameter by our wire drawing machine before nail making.
QUESTION2:How many ton does one machine make per day
A2:The output for each model nail machine by pcs/min.So the weight is diffent if diameter and length different.We can calculate if you supply all size
