Wire Drawing Machine /Wire Nail Making Machine
Whole Nail making process:
1.Drawing steel wire: use wire drawing machine to change needed wire diameter.(If nail diameter is 3mm, wire diameter will be drawn to 3mm)
2.Making nail: Enter the finished steel wire into nail making machine.It can produce not-so-bright nail.
3.Polishing: Put the semi-finished nails into the poblishng machine with some saw dust,paraffins and gas. After clashing and crashing,the nails become bright.
4.Packing: Use wooden case to pack the nails.
1.Wire darwing machine is used to draw the wire to the fine dia we need.
Our pulley continuous wire drawing machine is made up of 6/7 parallel pots.
Each pot has own transducer motor (frequency adjustable motor).
