Nail Making Machine Description

Nail Making Machine is easy to operate, it can feed the materials automatically. 
Nail Making Machine can make sizes of nails, length from 9mm to 200m, nail diameter from 0.9mm to 6.5mm. 

One size of nail mould can make one diameter nail, if changing nail diameter,  just need to change nail mould, if you want to
make different  lengths of nails for same diameter, no need to change anything.

Main components are made of cast iron, such as shaft, cams and gear. 
It can make the high quality of asphalt felt nails and other special nails used for high speed coil nail welder and coil nailers.

For example, you want to make nails with 3.4m diameter, 2 methods below:

1. You buy 3.4mm steel wire, then feed the wire directly to nail making machine, our nail making machine will make the 3.4mm nails automatically.
2. Or you can buy raw steel wire 6.5mm, this way, you need our wire drawing machine to draw raw wire 6.5mm to 3.4mm first, then make nails accordingly.
