Machine Specification:

The coil nail welding  machine  is a fully automatic high-frequency ,high-speed welding equipment. During operation, the iron nails are placed in the feeding hopper and automatically unloaded. Then iron nails are arranged in order by the vibrating plate, and come to the nail wheel through the unloading track, after that nails welded into coiled nails by two copper-plated welding wires, At last the coil nail could automatically dippe in paint to prevent rust and bake. Drying and counting are automatically rolled into rolls, and automatically cut according to the set count of each roll.

A1:Option:1.we could buy the drawed wire from wire factory and then start nail making by our nail making machine
Option 2:we can buy raw material with diameter 6.5mm/6.0mm/5.5mm and drawed to smaller diameter by our wire drawing machine before nail making.
