Wire drawing machine

1. Usage: The set of the machines is an ideal equipment for drawing wire stock of high, medium and carbon steel, as well as cooper, aluminum, and alloy. The machine are widely used for drawing wire in the factories etc.
2. Structure: The equipment consists of main reduction box, die box, wheel frame, wire brace and electric control system, The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor, with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body. The gear pairs are lubricated with oil. In order to lower residual heat on the surface of the block, the water cooler us installed in inwall of block. The machine runs with crawl or linkage. The safety halt gear is installed by the position of operating block.
