This semi-automatic roll electroplating machine designed and made by our factory features compact construction, easy operation and maintenance. The roll speed is 8 rpm. If necessary, different roll speed may be specially designed according to user's requirement.
This equipment is suitable for zinc-plating, copper-plating and nickel-plating. Time relays are used for controlling electro-plating time. A delay of 20 seconds is provided when the roll leaves the bath liquid. The operation of the machine is very simple, safe and reliable as the workpieces can be lifted automatically from the bath and placed on the workrest for manual unloading. The loaded workpieces should only occupy one thid of the internal space of the roll. The weight of other
materials for the roll to carry should not exceed 50kg.
