Packaging and Shipping
We usually package it by wooden case or load it to shipping container directly.
Maintenances
1. When machine is working, do not adjust the machine.
2. Keep the machine clean, nail mould should be cleaned ofen, do not use the rusty wire to make nail
3. Pull the handle to feed the wire and make nail, and start the machine
4. Keep the nail blade sharp, if blunt, resharp it or change it.
5. During machine operation,pay attention to the temperature change of friction parts and the occurrence of abnormal noise from time to time during the making nail process.
6. The electrical equipment should match original specification if need to be changed.
7. Oil lubrication on a regular time (press the oil handle one time about one hour) to ensure good lubrication in each parts of the machine.
